During that and by the end of 2014 OCE expanded to include Design & Build Projects. In that course, a Electro-Mechanical division is to be established for enhanced, efficient execution and flexible approach to the project. By 2018, we invested to include steel & aluminum fabrication workshop to meet the OCE high standard finishing outcome maintaining Quality Assurance Stan- dards.
With the evidential demand acceleration and expansion of our share in the Sau- di market in 2022, Optimum Construction Est. contemplated the need of having an outstanding partnership with a successful firm to consolidate its base and expand it with new specialities and areas of expertise in addition to the special- ized equipment and manpower, therefore Optimum Construction Est. estab- lished a joint venture with Saud Al-Saadi and Partners to provide a more static base and support for future expansion and possession plans.
